Recognition

Industry training held by the Polytechnics is a smart move to foster and train the students in their respective fields. Based on the objective of the Industrial Training Program does have the advantage that more than ugliness.

In my observations during the training period (LI) in this company, I have listed some comments and suggestions about this university. This opinion is not intended to hurt the feelings of certain parties or degrade the university. This is true from my observations during 6 months of training in the industry and I want to give constructive comments so that the university can improve the quality of all aspects.

The opinions and views I have listed are:

1. During the training period, I was exposed to an environment that is professional in identifying the task - the task of a worker. From there, I can see how a programmer may play a role.

2. The relationship between me pretty good, friend - friends and staff at the Application, Web and Multimedia Section( SAWM) has created an atmosphere that was so cheerful and fun between us all and indirectly strengthen the ties and promote friendship that would leave a lot of memories, joy and sorrow.

3. Industrial Training is to train us in combining knowledge-knowledge or theories we have learned in the past and apply it in daily practice so that it can expand our knowledge. As a result of what they have learned in the Polytechnic Balik Pulau (PBU) can help me in the work using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe dreamweaver and employment - other employment.



Proposals to the Polytechnic and the Firm

I also give some suggestions and I hope that this proposal can be considered. Among them are:

1. The polytechnic should stay in touch with the organization or firm to keep up with current students who are undergoing industrial training. With this, we can forge a closer relationship between the polytechnic and organizations. The Organization easier to take students from the Polytechnic to undergo industrial training in place. This was to avoid confusion or misunderstanding between the organization and polytechnics.

2. A lot of companies do not really understand the scope of some courses at the Polytechnic. Therefore, I would like to suggest to the Politeknik explains more clearly. This will enable the firm to deliver the tasks related to our course so that we do not deviate from our course. Provide special places for students to undergo industrial training in these companies regularly and successfully.

3. Companies or firms also play an important role in providing guidance to students about things that are appropriate to the courses studied by students. Thus the firm should provide employment opportunities such as assignments to students. The firm should also provide any form of reward on the work done by them. With the reward or effective guidance from the firm itself can spur students and can also attract them to the field.


4. In addition, the company or firm should be focused on the problems of students undergoing Industrial Training sessions (LI). As the students are still new in the pre-employment, the guidance and observation of the firm needed. If this cannot be done, then the students assume the management of the firm is not concerned about the work they have done. Each student should be advised by a supervisor. Supervisors are responsible for helping students to undergo industrial training to show guidance as guidance to students who undergo industrial training during 6 months.
